Rick’s Café Boatyard isn’t just a waterfront restaurant—it’s an Indianapolis staple. Perched along the scenic Eagle Creek Reservoir, Rick’s is known for its fresh seafood, vibrant social scene, and breathtaking views. When the team decided it was time to refresh the interior, they turned to Shev Furniture to help bring the next chapter of Rick’s to life.

In partnership with Zink Hospitality, Acorn and Rick’s team, Shev provided 380 new dining chairs and barstools to help reimagine the upstairs and main dining areas. The design vision called for furniture that could hold its own in a high-traffic environment while delivering comfort and style worthy of the view. Together, we selected the Topaz side chair and barstool, along with the elegant Vivaldi side chair—a combination that hits the mark on both durability and design.

Every detail of the finishes was carefully selected to complement the rich textures and tones of the restaurant’s interior. The result? A cohesive, modern look that feels elevated but still true to the relaxed, coastal-inspired character of Rick’s Café Boatyard.
